At Nest & Bow, we take great care in creating and packaging every order.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. NO RETURNS/ REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.

We also do not accept returns, exchanges once an order has been placed. Cancellations are allowed within 15 minutes of placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@nestandbow.ca.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit or refund at our discretion.
