Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package details.

United States
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that U.S. orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees and/or brokerage charges upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Nest & Bow does not have control over customs assessments or any additional charges that may be applied after your order has shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Canada
Estimated delivery is approximately 3–7 business days after your order has been dispatched, depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

United States
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping service. Please note that U.S. orders may occasionally experience additional delays due to customs processing.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an
item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
